Command Central expansion

It's not enough to have an organized pantry, a beautiful kitchen, and a morning launching pad, I needed an expansion of mommy-command-central. Enter the back of the pantry door.

A Dry-erase calendar (purchased from target), a menu planning board (inspired from here), a chalkboard for notes (our repurposed writing slate), and a kid-level mirror (so the little ones can put on their own sunscreen).

The mirror was a dollar store find that I taped off and spray painted gold during our spray paint party.

One again. The door before:

After:

The menu board had a few failed attempts. The first one I forgot to take into account the 8x10 opening instead of an 8 1/2 x 11 opening. Oops. Then I got it right.

  8. I really dig the idea of notice boards and menu lists on the back of the pantry door. Putting the menu and mirror at kiddy height is adorable :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I love hearing what you have to say! Sometimes I'm busy chasing after the three kids who can walk, or feeding the baby, but I promise, at some point I'll get back to you and head over to your blog (if you have one) to leave you a comment too:)
