Fall Harvest Table

Our new console table was ready for another update, one that said "fall" and involved my collection of fake fruit.

Fall Harvest Table

Because, let's be honest, most years I forget all about the faux fruit until Thanksgiving-ish time when we are way past the harvest season.

I'm still loving my West Elm branch candelabra, one of these months I might even put some candles in it!

Plus my little kindergarten helper is always ready for action:) That's our $3 Burlap Wreath next to her on the floor.

Hmm, might have to pull out my apple and cheddar grilled cheese sandwich recipe now that I'm in the fall spirit.

My husband doesn't let me touch our living room mantle, and I get it, I like it just the way it is.

and our kitchen mantle is also sporting a books-on-the-mantle thing,

so that's why I get all fall-happy with our console, between our dining room with fab-u-less linen and paper art and living room.

Today is also my husband's birthday, so in his honor, I will try my hardest to NOT tablescape anything for at least a few weeks:)

  5. Words that should NEVER be in juxtaposition, according to my husband: fake+fruit, and table+scape. But I love them, personally.

  9. This is so simple and gorgeous. It is so perfectly autumn without overdoing it. Also, I love the apple grilled cheese idea. I make them with pears for my munchkins this time of year. Thanks for the inspiration!

  10. Your console table is lovely on its own, but really spectacular with your addition of the orange and white autumn accents--lovely!

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I love hearing what you have to say! Sometimes I'm busy chasing after the three kids who can walk, or feeding the baby, but I promise, at some point I'll get back to you and head over to your blog (if you have one) to leave you a comment too:)
