My Favorite Passover Snacks

With the Jewish holiday of Passover starting tonight, I thought I'd share a few of my favorite snacks.

I love to make my own homemade coconut macaroons. These are light and fluffy and taste almost nothing like the ones you buy in a can, delicious!

I also plan on making these cookies this year. Instead of using peanut butter, I'll use almond butter. How can you go wrong with a 3 ingredient cookie?

Thankfully the kids are off of school, but I might whip up a batch of Knockoff LaraBar Muffins, for them to snack on during the day.

Of course I'm making brisket as well, although no beer in it, I'll use wine or homemade chicken broth instead.

Anything you are making special this week?

  1. My NYC daughter is attending Passover at the home of her Jewish boyfriend's father. She is nervous. I assured her that the blood on the door will not be hers. I hope that's right.

  2. My husband and I have started celebrating Passover. We aren't Jewish and aren't overly traditional about it, but we love the culture and tradition behind it!

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I love hearing what you have to say! Sometimes I'm busy chasing after the three kids who can walk, or feeding the baby, but I promise, at some point I'll get back to you and head over to your blog (if you have one) to leave you a comment too:)
