Getting a Handle on Manuals

You would think with all the new appliances in our kitchen I would have been a little more prepared for the onslaught of manuals. I was not. Instead I just threw them all into this drawer.

And that is a prime drawer, I tell you. It's in the kitchen right beneath our hidden microwave, above the sippy cups; it could hold so many useful things. I'm not proud to admit that it took nine months for me to get on this. And boy, when I actually did it, it took me less than 10 minutes, and that was with my kids "helping".

This lovely binder now resides in the library, and I have an empty drawer to fill.

Can you send your little helper over to organize my manuals? I promise there are none I have saved over 30 years.

This is seriously a 'why didn't I think of that sooner' moments in life. This is brilliant. I have the same kind of a drawer over here. Looks like I know what I'll be doing this afternoon :)

Not only do we have the same cabinet latches and cup pulls - but the same stuffed manual kitchen drawer! Mine's over 2 years old - no excuses here!
